North Carolina and South Carolina agencies continue to adjust the rules for remote-access comp hearings because of the social distancing requirements of the pandemic. North Carolina: Starting Monday, oral arguments for full commission hearings and for deputy commissioner hearings on medical motions will be done through teleconference, the Industrial Commission announced. Deputy commissioners may also utilize WebEx video conferences for medical motions.
