N.C. Adds Tele-Hearings for June; S.C. Says All Parties Must Pay CourtCall Fee

North Carolina and South Carolina agencies continue to adjust the rules for remote-access comp hearings because of the social distancing requirements of the pandemic. North Carolina: Starting Monday, oral arguments for full commission hearings and for deputy commissioner hearings on medical motions will be done through teleconference, the Industrial Commission announced.
