Gregory Douglas to Head W. R. Berkley's Program Specialists

W. R. Berkley Corp. has named Gregory A. Douglas, president of Berkley Re Direct, to president of Berkley Program Specialists. The appointment, announced on Thursday, is effective immediately. It is an expansion of responsibility for Douglas, who will remain president of Berkley Re Direct.
