Staff, location and contact information will remain the same for the Santa Barbara-based agency, which is owned by Deborah Babineau and Marice McKeegan.
Founded in 1997, BB&H Benefit Designs helps businesses with the design, negotiation, implementation and servicing of employee benefits plans.
Leavitt Group provides clients with employee benefits services, property and casualty insurance, risk management and other services.
