ATI Physical Therapy Expands into Arizona and Texas

ATI Physical Therapy announced on Wednesday its acquisition of Ideal Physical Therapy, a move that expands ATI’s presence in the Southwest. Ideal Physical Therapy is a 33-clinic practice with locations in the Phoenix, Tucson and Dallas areas. ATI now has 560 locations in 19 states. ATI acquired 13 physical therapy businesses last year, according to its website. ATI’s acquisition of Ideal Physical Therapy is its third so far this year.
