Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp this week surprised many when he issued an order blocking local and state mandates that people wear masks in public places.
That order appears to fly in the face of a recent Georgia Workers' Compensation Board order that requires people at comp hearings to wear face coverings.
“The orders do appear to be in conflict. It certainly raises questions,” said Robert Bourne, a claimants' attorney in Cumming, Georgia.
