Meadowbrook Insurance Group announced Thursday that it has acquired Mackinaw Administrators, a Michigan-based program and claims administrator.
Meadowbrook said Mackinaw, founded in 1995, provides insurance and risk management programs and related services for group and individual clients. The firm has offices in Michigan and Ohio and serves the workers' compensation, general liability, medical professional liability and liquor liability lines.
