A proposal to create a workers’ compensation drug formulary is moving along in the Indiana State House, one of four state legislatures to consider such a bill so far this year.
The Indiana Senate Committee on Pensions and Labor voted 7-0 to pass along an amended version of Senate Bill 369 on Wednesday.
