Benchmark Holding Co. to Acquire 7710 Insurance Co.

Benchmark Holding Co. announced an agreement to acquire 7710 Insurance Co.; its program manager, 7710 Service Co.; and its agency, Creekwood Insurance Agency. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The specialty carrier was incorporated in 2014 and provides workers’ compensation coverage for firefighters and emergency medical service workers.
