High Court to Hear Oral Arguments on Comp Judge Appointment

The Oklahoma Supreme Court will hear oral arguments regarding a request that it use its authority to make an emergency appointment to the Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims. Four injured workers in a petition filed at the end of May argue that without intervention from the state’s high court, the Court of Existing Claims will be neutered by operation of law at the end of the month.
