A judge in Southern California approved a request to delay sentencing of Michael D. Drobot for violating terms of his 2014 plea deal to allow him to testify in another case.
U.S. District Judge Josephine L. Staton on Friday granted a stipulation to continue sentencing from March 27 to March 10, 2023. According to the stipulation, Drobot may be called to testify as a witness in the case against Dr. David Payne.
