Employer Gets New Trial on Damages Owed to Worker

The Alaska Supreme Court ruled that an employer was entitled to a new trial on the issue of economic damages owed to a former employee for its retaliatory conduct and for a determination of whether her award would duplicate what she received in workers' compensation benefits.
