NCCI Report: Number of COVID Cases Lower Than Initially Feared

Despite a near tripling of the number of daily COVID-19 cases reported in the United States in the last two months, infections and the number of workers' compensation claims have turned out to be lower than initially feared, the National Council on Compensation Insurance said in a report released Friday.
