LLC, No. 21-0581, 04/05/2023, published. Facts: Frederick Boggs worked for United Coal Co. He allegedly injured his left shoulder at work on Sept. 9, 2020. Notes from Bridgeport Express Care indicate Boggs was treated on Sep. 10, 2020, for left shoulder pain with no known injury.
