Claims representatives for the City of San Diego will get a 30% raise next year as part of an effort by city leaders to attract more candidates to fill vacant positions and keep them positions filled.
The San Diego City Council on Monday approved a package of “special salary adjustments” for municipal workers that ranged from a low of 2.5% for recreational specialists to a high of 30% for the workers’ compensation claim representatives.
