DWC Closing Courts Until April 1 Over COVID-19 Concerns

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board announced that courts will be shutting down for all functions except expedited hearings, starting today and continuing through April 3. "We are limiting court appearances to protect the health and safety of our staff and the community, in accordance with numerous public health orders suggesting that public gatherings be limited," the DWC said in the statement.
