DWC: Lien Trials Resume Monday

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation will resume lien trials Monday. Lien trials will be limited to one per judge per day to start, and parties will continue to use individually assigned judges’ conference lines on the day of trial. However, the division said judges will have the option of conducting any trial or expedited hearing through the LifeSize virtual courtroom if needed.
