TDI Posts Draft of Network Rules for Comment

The Texas Department of Insurance on Monday posted a draft of proposed amendments to workers’ compensation health care network rules for public comment. Proposed updates reflect statutory changes made since 2005 and comments made during the rule review process in 2013, the department said. The agency said the rules would align work comp network requirements with other rules for network plans and utilization review.
