The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation has adopted new fee schedules and reimbursement rules for ambulatory surgical centers and hospital outpatient services.
The bureau is required to review the fees annually. Hospital outpatient reimbursement is set as a percentage of Medicare's rates, which are updated annually, the bureau said in a bulletin last week.
