Board Hosts More Webinars for New OnBoard Claims Management System

The New York Workers' Compensation Board will host three more webinars in January designed to help stakeholders use the new OnBoard web-based claims management system. The system is part of a comprehensive, multimillion upgrade for the board's interface with users, and it won't be fully implemented until 2023, the board has said.
