DWC to Hold Workshop, Hearing on Reimbursement Rules

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation will hold a workshop this month and a hearing in June on proposed rules governing medical reimbursement, utilization reviews and petition procedures. The May 27 workshop will examine the 69L-7 group of administrative rules and seek to clarify definitions and what is required of medical providers and insurers, the division said in a notice.
