Workplace injuries in Ohio are declining faster than the national average, according to the superintendent of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Division of Safety and Hygiene.
Dr. Abe Al-Tarawneh reported to the BWC board last week a 16.7% decrease between 2010-14, despite 7.5% employment growth in Ohio. The national average was an 8.6% drop.
