Paradigm Outcomes Acquires ALARIS Group

Case management provider Paradigm Outcomes announced its acquisition of the ALARIS Group Inc. on Friday. Paradigm specializes in complex and catastrophic cases. The California-based company, which serves clients nationally, brings on ALARIS as a subsidiary. The acquisition will expand its customer base. ALARIS, based in Minnesota, manages workers' compensation and disability cases in all 50 states.
