Judge Requests More Guidance on Pacific Hospital Restitution

SANTA ANA, California — U.S. District Court Judge Josephine Staton said on Friday that she really wants to issue a restitution order in the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach case, but she doesn’t know whether she can.
