Julie Pemberton to Serve as RIMS President in 2016

The Risk Management Society, or RIMS, has named Julie Pemberton as its president for 2016. Pemberton is the director of enterprise risk and insurance management for Outerwall Inc. She has been a RIMS member for 16 years, currently in the society’s Chicago chapter, and has served on the society’s board of directors for six years. Pemberton served previously as the society’s vice president and board liaison to the RIMS External Affairs Committee. She replaces 2015 RIMS president Rick Roberts, who remains a board member.
