CMS Sets Safe Harbor Threshold for Workers' Comp Settlements at $750

Injured workers on Medicare won't have to report workers' compensation settlements of $750 or less or reimburse conditional payments under a new "safe harbor" threshold set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
