A study published this month in the journal Occupational & Environmental Medicine found that workers with chronic arm, neck or shoulder pain may benefit from self-treatment through online education.
But the authors caution against drawing any strong conclusions from the study, because neither group showed much improvement and, by most outcome measures, there was no significant difference between the two groups.
