Two Democratic senators have re-introduced a bill that would require all employers to notify workers of whether they are independent contractors or employees and require correct classification under federal law.
Sens. Al Franken, D-Minnesota, and Bob Casey, D-Pennsylvania, announced the bill's introduction on Wednesday.
