Federal Virus Act Means Paid Leave, but Sick Workers Could Also File Comp Claims

The federal coronavirus rescue law that took effect Wednesday sets in motion a number of new rules, issues and benefits that employers and workers should be aware of, workers' compensation lawyers around the country said Wednesday.
