AmWins Acquires MGA and Wholesale Brokerage III Group

The AmWins group, an international specialty insurance brokerage, has acquired a group of five East coast-based managing general agents and wholesale brokers. AmWins Access, the company's division for handling small business accounts, will incorporate the five new acquisitions collectively known as the III Group, according to a Monday press release.
