The Harland County, Ky., Outdoor Recreation Board Authority is expecting workers' compensation rates to nearly triple following cancellation of its policy, The Harland Daily Enterprise reported.The newspaper said the board can no longer obtain coverage through its Texas-based agent, Hobbs Hallmark & Co.
