Insurance Commissioner Begins Winding Down COVID-19 Directives

As Georgia attempts to reopen businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, the state insurance commissioner is winding down directives that extended filing deadlines, suspended utilization review and urged insurers to avoid canceling policies.
