Facts: Lorraine Somers suffered a right knee injury while working for the S.D. Warren Co. in 2000. She returned in a work-hardening capacity in October 2001 and resumed her regular job in December 2001.
After her symptoms worsened, Somers stopped working in March 2005. She was terminated in 2007.
