Supreme Court Says Employer Asserting Malpractice Claim Can Try to Recover Attorney Fees

The Michigan Supreme Court ruled that an employer that was the alleged victim of legal malpractice can recover reasonable and necessary attorney fees that are incurred to correct the damage. A former employee of Hark Orchids LP filed a workers’ compensation claim against the company in 2015.
