DWC Adopts Updated ACOEM Guides

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation incorporated into the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule four updated guidelines for medical services provided on or after Sept. 21. An Aug. 20 administrative director order adopts four of the latest published guidelines from the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, including: Knee Disorders Guideline published Dec. 3, 2019, to replace an older version published in October 2015.
