DWC Suspends Three Physicians, Three Nurses

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation suspended three physicians and three nurses who had previously lost or surrendered their professional licenses. The division suspended Bayard W. Allmond Jr., of Berkeley, who stipulated to surrender his physician’s license in December 2018. The Medical Board of California moved to revoke his license after he pleaded no contest to a felony count of sending harmful matter to a minor with sexual intent.
