Pallet Maker Fails OSHA Inspection 6th Time, at Potential Cost of $152K

A Wisconsin wood pallet manufacturer faces $152,460 in penalties after the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited it for safety and health violations a sixth time since 2011. OSHA inspectors returned to Wood Fibers Inc. in Niagara in October 2015 after the company failed to provide documentation that it had corrected hazards found earlier.
