The National Conference of Insurance Legislators has named Thomas Considine as the organization’s chief executive officer.
Considine served as the commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance under Gov. Chris Christie. He was chief operating officer of a regional health care company and president and CEO of a New Jersey hospital.
He also worked as vice president and government affairs counsel at MetLife.
