Supreme Court to Rule on Proper Forum for Billing Agent to Seek Payment

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will weigh in on whether a provider seeking payment for an injured worker’s prescriptions may initiate litigation outside the forums established by the Workers’ Compensation Act and corresponding Medical Cost Containment Regulations. The issue arose in a case called Elite Care RX v. Premier Comp Solutions LLC.
