Oregon’s Medical Advisory Committee will discuss at a Friday morning meeting a recommendation that the state’s workers’ compensation system start covering two-level cervical artificial disk replacements.
A subcommittee tasked with deciding whether two-level cervical disk replacements should be covered found that the procedure is not experimental and that evidence demonstrates the procedure is effective.
