Supreme Court Clarifies DOI's Authority to Review Application of NCCI Rules

The Supreme Court of Idaho unanimously ruled that the state Department of Insurance has the statutory authority to interpret rules promulgated by ratemaking organizations and to review the application of rules to a workers’ compensation policy.
