While one East Coast state's compensation commission is taking steps to resume in-person hearings, another has postponed them again.
In Maryland, the Workers' Compensation Commission said it may be able to resume in-person hearings starting June 8, but they will be staggered to enforce social distancing. Exhibits should continue to be submitted three days prior to the hearing date.
Access is limited to claimants, attorneys, parties and witnesses.
