Innovative Captive Strategies has announced that the company has acquired the captive management firm Aceterrus Insurance Resources in a transaction that closed in June.
Aceterrus, based in Bigfork, Montana, will operate as a subsidiary of ICS and report to the company’s president, Tom Stewart, while Aceterrus’ office and team members will remain intact, according to a release from the company.
