Appeals Court Vacates Portion of Injunction in Lawsuit Against Former ExamWorks Employees

A federal appellate court vacated part of an injunction against former employees of a California medical supply business who are accused of stealing company secrets to start a competing enterprise. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals last week removed language from a provision that would have prevented the former employees from discussing business with any potential customers they discovered while working at ExamWorks.
