DOL Reopens Comment Period on Nuclear Workers' Comp Changes

The U.S. Department of Labor has reopened the public comment period on proposed changes to the federal nuclear workers’ compensation program after two senators said the new rule could jeopardize benefits for those who worked at Cold War-era sites.
