The Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld a finding that a worker’ injury to his left shoulder was a compensable consequence of his prior work-related injury to his right shoulder. Case: Nucor Yamato Steel Co. v. Echols, No. CV-22-229, 02/08/2023, published. Facts: Lonnie Echols began working for the Nurco Yamato Steel Co. in 1996.
