Harvard Report Urges States to Crack Down on Worker Misclassification

With the Trump administration rolling back enforcement of labor laws, including those protecting workers from misclassification, states must step up with aggressive, coordinated and proactive tactics, says a new report by researchers at Harvard University Law School.
