Lawmakers Prepare to Tackle Voc Rehab, State Fund Oversight and Subrogation

A study committee appointed by the Montana Legislature last year is recommending bills that would reduce the whole person impairment rating necessary for claimants to qualify for vocational rehabilitation benefits, require carriers to print loss runs for policyholders and create a process to fill temporary vacancies on the Workers' Compensation Court.
