In-Person Hearings Still Postponed, but Teleconferences Start

The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission announced that all prehearing conferences and full hearings will remain postponed until at least May 8 because of the continued COVID-19 social distancing requirements. Administrative law judges, however, have begun hearing joint petitions through interrogatories or by telephone hearings, which are recorded, the commission said in a bulletin.
