Members of a Maryland General Assembly subcommittee have agreed not to seek limits on physicians dispensing prescription drugs to workers’ compensation patients for two legislative sessions, according to the Baltimore Sun.
The Sun reported that the General Assembly’s joint subcommittee on workers’ compensation won’t pursue the issue, citing a letter signed by Sen. Katherine Klausmeier and Del. Sally Jameson, the subcommittee’s co-chairs.
