TDI: NCCI Proposes Update to Statistical Plan

The Texas Department of Insurance on Tuesday announced that the National Council on Compensation Insurance proposed to update its Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. The proposed update would clarify that the Texas negotiated deductible continues to apply, the department said in a statement.
